Letter to Supporters

Dear Supporter,

Everyone knows recycling is good for the environment, but did you know that recycling is also good for (Insert charity/group/cause name)?  (Insert charity/group/cause name) has just partnered with the experts at Recycling Appeal USA to launch an exciting new fundraising initiative that recycles cell phones and used printer cartridges – and we want you to be part of it!

If you use a printer or fax machine, each spent cartridge could earn (Insert charity/group/cause name) around $2.
Any old cell phones in your closets?   Each used cell phone is worth around $10 - estimates suggest that the average American cell phone user owns 3 or more handsets, so if any of these are yours, why not use them to raise valuable funds for (Insert charity/group/cause name)?   Or, consider getting your employer involved – recycling is a great way for companies to go green!

Taking part is easy – simply visit www.recyclingappealusa.com and click the ‘Support a Program’ button.  If you have product to send in, you will either receive a post paid envelope or a call from a member of the Recycling Appeal USA team to coordinate a free pick up.  To ensure the funds your products raise are directed to (Insert charity/group/cause name), simply insert our name in the ‘Collecting For’ field.   Alternatively, call 1-877 757 3873 to join (Insert charity/group/cause name)’s Recycling Program.
